IN THE HEART OF
Hidden away in the heart of Wales, Camp Plas is a haven for animal lovers, walkers and those that simply want to get a little closer to nature.
Each pitch is nestled within a beautiful wild flower meadow next to river Vyrnwy, with it's own fire pit area that's perfect for fireside story telling and star-gazing.
Our facilities include warm showers, communal kitchen area with gas hob, ice maker, tumble dryer and flushing toilets. Find out more about our facilities here.
The campsite meadow is situated on a small working farm with rare breed sheep, two pigs (Daphne and Betsy) and lots of free-roaming chickens, of course.
Farmers Barney and Charlotte will be around the farm or at the farmhouse if you need any help during your stay. If you'd like a little taste of farm life, you're welcome to collect eggs, feed the chickens and in the spring time, you can help with feeding our lambs. Just let us know what you'd like to get involved in and we'll show you how.
During the year we will be hosting traditional craft workshops, with discounts for those who are camping with us. We will update our events page when events are confirmed.
